PHOTOGRAPHIC PRODUCTION WORKSHOP

Dirigido principalmente (aunque no exclusivamente) a quienes realizaron el TALLER DE EMULSIONES FOTOGRÁFICAS o quienes tienen los conocimientos de emulsiones fotográficas y les interesa continuar la producción de imágenes con las técnicas: Cianotipo, Goma Bicromatada, Van Dyke y Papel Salado, pero no cuentan con la infraestructura, o han olvidado los métodos y procesos para realizarlas por cuenta propia.

 

El TALLER DE PRODUCCIÓN se propone a modo de tutoría, para desarrollar proyectos fotográficos en base a una emulsión fotosensible en particular, por cada sesión. Es una buena instancia para desarrollar ideas que surgieron en el Taller de Emulsiones Fotográficas, o bien, realizar nuevos proyectos.

Mainly directed (though not exclusively) to those who participated in the PHOTOGRAPHIC EMULSION WORKSHOP or who have the knowledge of photographic emulsions and are interested in continuing the production of images with either of the following techniques: Cyanotype, Gum Bichromate, Van Dyke and Salt Print, but do not have infrastructure, or have forgotten the methods and processes required to work on their own.

 

The PRODUCTION WORKSHOP is designed as tutoring sessions, focused in developing photographic projects based on a particular photosensitive emulsion, for each session. It is a good opportunity to develop ideas that emerged in the Workshop of Photographic Emulsions, or to work in new projects.

Valor: $ 18.000 ( x hora)

 

NOTA 1: Los soportes (papeles o telas)  son de uso personal y los trae cada participante.

NOTA 2: El valor del taller no incluye ninguna emulsión fotosensible, eso si, se ofrece  entregarlas a precio de venta (ver link venta de kits).

NOTE 1: The supports (surfaces such a papers or fabrics) and brushes are for personal use and are brought by each participant.

 

NOTE 2: The value of the workshop does not include any photosensitive emulsion, but you can acquire them at sale price (prices in photoemulsion sales link).

El TALLER DE PRODUCCIÓN está enfocado al desarrollo de proyectos en base a emulsiones fotográficas de contacto

(de fabricación artesanal y aplicación manual, cuyos resultados se relacionan con la gráfica, desde la imagen fotográfica)

 

Esta instancia de creación y producción se ofrece a artistas e interesados de otras áreas a modo de tutoría, generando el espacio de discusión y análisis del proyecto y las imágenes, así como también entregando asesoría y colaboración directa (mano de obra) para la construcción de las imágenes fotográficas.

 

La excelencia ha sido un eje conductor en el trabajo que se realiza, por lo mismo tanto los insumos químicos, como los soportes de impresión e infraestructura de los espacios de trabajos, que cuentan con las medidas de seguridad que estas técnicas requieren, son de primer nivel.

The PRODUCTION WORKSHOP is focused on the development of projects based on contact photographic emulsions (handmade and manually applied, which result in photographic images related to graphics).

 

These creation and production sessions are aimed at artists and anyone else who, coming from other disciplines,  are interested in developing works using photographic emulsions. The Workshop favors discussion and analysis of the project and images, as well as providing advice and direct collaboration (labor) for the construction of the photographic images.

 

Excellence has been one of the main driving forces in the work that is done, therefore the materials used and the work spaces are first level.  We use high quality chemical components, print supports and media, and the infrastructure of the workspaces count with the security measures that these techniques require.
